The answer you're look for is on the 8th question.

Before the zip folder is finished downloading go to 

settings > privacy & security > windows security > virus & threat protection  

>  app & browser control > smart app control settings and turn it off.

For some reason, when you have smart app on it will block my game.

Once you are done downloading the zip folder, extract all contents and open the Mental Math Survival folder. Drag the exe file onto your desktop and double click it, you will get a warning since I am not a verified publisher, simply click run to start playing the game.
